Origami Dreidels from Bible Belt Balabusta
"A 3-D paper dreidel that spins can attract kids who normally run the other way when they see origami on offer. It moves.
The spinner comes from a wonderful book: Origami Toys That Tumble, Fly, and Spin, by Paul Jackson. He rates his “World’s Best Dreidl” (page 102) as Intermediate level origami. The folds do get rather thick toward the final steps, so very young (or very old) hands will need help smooshing it."

Watercolor Dreidels
I love this craft from Creative Jewish Mom because it's easy. While the world is zooming around outside, there's nothing like sitting down and painting at the kitchen table with your little ones. Older kids will enjoy slowing down and feel transported to their younger days. Little ones will have a blast. You won't need to buy anything special. Such a simple and sweet craft idea.

Hanukkah Menorah Craft
This craft from a mom named Menucha at Moms and Crafters is so amazing because it lets younger kids who might not be great around the real flames of a menorah have. chance to light pretend candles. Grab some clothespins at the dollar store, pipe cleaners and washing tape to make it fancy (you can also use wrapping paper or paint the clothespins) and you have an adorable menorah that will make toddlers feel like they're part of the candle lighting action.
